Refund and exchange Policy

We are confident that our products will meet or even exceed your expectations. All our products are formulated to order therefore, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving an incorrect order. If you receive an incorrect order and you want to exchange it please contact our support team at and we will respond within 48 hours to assist with the process.  



Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on our website, we cannot accommodate cancellations or issue any refunds. 


Damages and losses 

If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, it will be the customer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Once a package has been shipped out, Naiiman is no longer accountable for it.
